Agreement between Vendor/Drone Operators/GPR Surveyor/DGPS Surveyor and Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Private Limited

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions”) are an agreement between you and Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Private Limited Incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act,2013 having registered office at H. NO- 1 F/F SAROJNI PARK SHASTRI NAGAR NEAR DARAMSALA, DELHI-110031, ("Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Private Limited ") concerning the terms under which Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Private Limited offers you the information, software, products, and services contained in or available through companiesinn.com (collectively the “Service” or “www.raynas.co.in”). www.raynas.co.in is made up of various web pages operated by Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Private Limited . We Raynas (hereinafter referred as ‘Raynas ’) are committed to deliver the services as per the Fee Quote shared with you on case to case. We are continuously improving the service delivery system from time to time.

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective actions / clarifications to your satisfaction or we will refund the eligible amount of refund in cash or the eligible amount of refund will be credited to your Account with Raynas which can be used for any future services from Raynas , subject to the following terms and conditions.

Limited Liability

Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of Raynas shall be limited to the fee we collected for the services and we will not liable for any loss or damages that may be incurred or as may be claimed by the customer due to delay in process.

Drone Operator/Surveyor Vendor/Contractor

In Data Quality every photo must be cleared and No gap should found in grid. Data will be completely check, where no blurred photo and Gap or skipped are accepted. If found Drone operator have to do survey again without any Extra pay (No extra Including boarding and lodging).
Raynas is not Responsible if Vendor /Drone Operator's is crashed due to any reason like bad weather, low battery, going beyond the remote range.

Boarding and Lodging Policy

Boarding and lodging will be as per the term decided. If Raynas is making the payment for boarding and lodging and vendor fail to complete the project or don’t go to site due to any reason, in that case vendor/Drone operator/DGPS Surveyor/GPR Surveyor has to pay boarding charge fully.

Payments Terms
Vendor and Raynas Infra agreed on the payment terms as per quotation. If Raynas Infra have made the advanced(Token Amount) payment to contractor/Vendor and Vendor Fail to complete the project as per quotation in that case vendor has to refund token advanced amount plus 20% of advanced to Raynas Infra.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims and refund of fee arising in connection with services engagements with Raynas shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matters.
